Plants/POTS  once sold will not be replaced or refunded, only in few genuine cases accessories can be refunded or replaced only if the packaging of the product is intact as while receiving of package. Once refund approved by sole discretion of Pots & Plants it will processed by 7-10 days.

SHIPPING POLICY

Order once placed will be delivered to said address within the span of 1-6 days from the date of successful order placement. Timings can be altered as per conditions and issues with logistics partners.
